Stainless steel panel guard
Stainless steel panel guard is an ideal product for creating a hygienic barrier between the wall and the floor in places such as food factories and other industrial buildings, where a high level of hygiene is important. Our range of panel guards allows for use in both new build or in retro fit situations.
Once installed the panel guards can be infilled with concrete to offer protection at the base of walls from passing trolleys, pallet trucks or forklift traffic.

The panel guards are fixed to the existing floor or prepared substrate with steel bolts and dowel pins and are then filled with concrete. They can also be used to form bounds within which the flooring is laid. Different flooring systems and thicknesses can be laid either side of the panel guard. All systems are based on one proven profile.
Standard all panel guards are manufactured as standard in AISI 304 L quality stainless steel and are available in various sheet thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm .
Avialable in stainlees steel 316 L quality if requested .
STP-H
Dense stainless steel skirting board angled to the floor to be filled with concrete. It can be produced at the desired height and meets hygiene requirements.
STP-O
Standard clear stainless steel skirting should be filled with concrete and finished with floor material. It can be produced at the desired height and meets hygiene requirements.
STP-R
Closed stainless steel skirting with radius to be filled with concrete. It can be produced at the desired height and meets hygiene requirements.
STP-V
Closed flat stainless steel skirting recessed at the bottom for plastic material radius application is filled with concrete. It can be produced at the desired height and meets hygiene requirements.
